Man accused of threatening mass shooting at Stanley Cup final game erupts in court

LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — A man accused of threatening a mass shooting at the Golden Knights Stanley Cup final game appeared in court Tuesday morning.

During the hearing, Judge Joseph Sciscento ordered Matthew DeSavio to stay in custody without bail.

Upon hearing the decision, DeSavio became confrontational with the judge, making an outburst before the bailiffs could escort him out of the courtroom.
